2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
Confectioners� sugarCream butter until soft. Add sugar, pecans and flour, mixing well. Shape into balls or crescents and bake at 300 degrees F on ungreased baking sheets for 45 minutes.While hot, roll balls or crescents in confectioners` sugar. Roll again after all have been rolled once.
