Savory Crockpot Stew
Ingredients | |||
2 | pound | beef stew meat, cut into pieces | |
1/4 | cup | flour | |
1 | teaspoon | paprika | |
1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
1 | each | bay leaf | |
1 | each | garlic, clove | |
3 | each | potatoes, diced | |
1 | each | celery stalk, sliced | |
2 | each | onions, chopped | |
1 | teaspoon | soy sauce | |
12 | oz | beef stock | |
Directions: | |||
Stir mixture of flour, paprika and pepper to coat meat in a slow cooker. Stir in other ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours, or on medium heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on low heat for 10 to 12 hours. Remove garlic glove and bay leaf before serving. |
