Quick & Easy Rainbow Trout - with salsa
| Ingredients | |||
| 1 | pound | rainbow trout, fillets | |
| 1 | cup | salsa | |
| 1/2 | cup | cheddar cheese, shredded | |
| 1 | each | lemon, sliced, wedges | |
Directions: | |||
| Place fish in microwave dish. Pour 1 cup salsa over fish; cover, microwave HIGH 5 minutes. Rotate dish and microwave 3-5 minutes until fish flakes. Serve with shredded cheese and lemon wedges. | |||
