Jessicas Vegan Bolognaise Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • dried soya mince, 30 gr
  • olive oil, 1 tablespoon
  • onion, chopped, 1/2
  • garlic, chopped, 1 clove
  • carrot, chopped, 1/2
  • tinned tomatoes, 1 tin
  • vegetable stock, 75 ml
  • fresh bazil (Bart Spices), 1 teaspoon
  • fresh Mediterranean herbs (Bart Spices), 1/2 teaspoon
  • yeast extract, 1 teaspoon

Preparation
 



Place dried soya mince in a bowl and cover with boiling
water. Leave to soak for 1 minute, drain and put aside.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the onion, garlic and
carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the prepared soya
mince, tomatoes, stock, herbs, yeast extract and simmer for
20-25 minutes. Transfer to a warm serving plate and serve
with spaghetti.

Peel, de-core, and quarter red apples. Chop ripe banana intochunks. Set aside. Add water to a deep sauce panand bring to a boil. Pea Sauce
Let peas soak over night. Next day cook peas for at least half an hour. Put peas and all other ingredients in food processor(except for soja milk and water) mix well. Add milk and water till consistency as pleased. Depending on what and how you use. (Upload by user)

Yummy Red Pepper Dressing
Place the peppers whole into a saucepan. Cover to approximately half way with water. Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes. Remove peppers onto a board and cut out the seeds and stem. Place into a blender or food-processor and process for 20

Asparagus Recipe

Pasta Neopolitana
