Penny`s Beans - Adapted
1 lb Beans -- cooked 1/2 Onion -- diced 1 tb Vegetable oil 2 cl Garlic -- crushed Lemon pepper 1 c Brown rice -- cooked 1 cn Mushrooms 2 c Vegetable stock 3 tb Lemon juice Saute onions in oil until clear with garlic, add mushrooms (undrained), broth, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and rice to beans.
