Bean Burger

Ingredients
 

2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
1/2 cup catsup
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 salt and pepper

Preparation
  Brown ground beef and onion. Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Add kidney beans, garlic powder, chili powder
and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on
