2/3 c Cool potato water

1 tb Applesauce

1 tb Honey

1 1/2 tb Chives, dried

2/3 c Mashed red potatoes

2 c Whole wheat flour

1 1/2 tb Gluten

1 ts Salt

2 ts Yeast

1/4 c Sesame seeds
