Fruity Tuna Salad with Curry

Ingredients
  2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 cup chopped dates
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 large apple peeled, cored and diced
1/2 cup lemon flavored yogurt
1 tbsp minced onion
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground curry powder

Preparation
  In a large bowl, combine the tuna, dates, celery and apple. Mix together well.
In a medium-size bowl, whisk together the yogurt, onion, lemon juice and curry. Pour over tuna mixture and gently toss to coat. Refrigerate until chilled and serve with fresh lettuce leaves if desired.
