Chorizo Breakfast Hash
1 pound Cacique Brand Chorizo (beef or pork) 4 russet potatoes -- diced 3 green bell peppers -- diced 6 Roma tomatoes -- diced Boil diced potatoes in salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain and cool. Cook t he chorizo and drain off excess fat. Add the potatoes, bell peppers and tomatoe s. Serve with scrambled eggs. |
