Chicken Venetian
3 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Halves -- Or Thighs 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce, Low Sodium 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar 1/4 Tsp vegetable oil 1 Lg Clove Garlic 1/4 Tsp. oregano Mix soy sauce, vinegar, oil, crushed garlic, and oregano. Pour mixture over chicken arranged in shallow baking dish and cover. Bake for 375� for 45 minutes, then turn chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes.
