Creole Pecan Pie

Ingredients
 

3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar,dark,firm packed
1 cup corn syrup,dark
1 cup pecans,broken
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 pie shell,9,unbaked

Preparation
 
1. Beat eggs and sugar together until thick.

2. Add corn syrup, pecans, vanilla and salt.

3. Mix well and pour into pie shell.

4. Bake in preheated 300 F. oven about 1 hour, or until filling is
firm.

Crockpot 24 Hour Italian Beef
Combine water, gravy mix and dressing mix. Add italian seasoning if desired. Pour over roast in crockpot. Cook on LOW 12 to 15 hours. Remove roast and shred with 2 forks, forming strings. Cook another 10 to 12 hours on LOW. Serve on Italian buns.    br (Upload by user)
