Peanut Butter Casserole
-Phill Bower FHMN87A 1 lb Ground round steak 1 1/2 c Cooked rice 3/4 c Peanut butter 1 c Carrots, sliced 3/4 c Tomato sauce 2 Celery stalks, chopped 1 Onion, large chopped 2 Eggs 1/4 c Green peppers, chopped 1 ts Salt 1 ts Pepper Directions - Couldn`t be easier: Brown the ground round steak with the chopped onion. In a casserole dish, mix together the peanut butter and the tomato sauce. Mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 F. for about 1 hour.
