Inside Out Stuffed Peppers
1 lb Ground beef 1/2 c Choped onion 1 cn Stewed tomatoes, cut up - 16-ounces 1 lg Green pepper, choped 1/2 c Uncooked long grain rice 1/2 c Water 2 ts Worcestershire sauce 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese In a skillet, brown beef, drain. Transfer to a greased 2-qt casserole. Add the next 8-ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice is tender. Uncover and sprinkle with the cheese; return to the oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. |
