Hash Brown Quiche

24 ounces hash browns

1 1/2 cups Half and Half

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

3 eggs

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup diced ham

Press hash browns into greased pie plate and brush with melted butter. Bake for 25 minutes in 425 degree oven. Layer ham and cheeses. Beat together 3

eggs, 1 1/2 cups of Half and Half and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Pour over quiche. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD"
