Nutty Basil Pesto
| Ingredients | |||
| 5 | cup | basil, leaves, tightly packed, coarsely chopped | |
| 1/2 | cup | pine nuts | |
| 3/4 | cup | oil, olive | |
| 2 | tablespoon | miso, brown rice | |
| 3 | tablespoon | lemon, juice, freshly squeezed | |
| 3 | each | garlic, cloves | |
Directions: | |||
Put all the ingredients into a food processor fitted with the metal blade, and process until smooth. | |||
