Fish In Foil
-NFSM70B 2 Heavy duty foil 1 lb Fish fillets; divided 3 tb Lemon juice 1/4 ts Paprika 4 oz Onions; sliced, divided 1 ts Parsley; chopped 1 ts Chives; chopped 6 oz Potatoes; peeled, cut, -french style, divided Salt & pepper to taste 2 ts Margarine Place 1/2 of fish fillets on each piece of foil. Sprinkle each with lemon juice and paprika. Place 1/2 of the onion slices on each fillet. Combine parsley and chives. Roll potato in parsley mixture. Arrange 1/2 potato sticks around each fillet. Season each with salt and pepper. Fold foil and secure tightly. Bake 325 deg. for 40 minutes. Open foil and dot each with 1 ts margarine. Makes 2 servings for dinner. May also be microwaved 12-15 (not in foil) This is an old WW recipe and should be adjusted according to today`s weights etc. |
