Skyline Chili No. 2

Ingredients
 

1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp l&p sauce
12 oz tomato juice
1 tbsp chili powder
1 garlic - chopped
1/2 tsp allspice
3/16 tsp pepper
1 onion - chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 bay leaves
12 oz water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/16 tsp red pepper
1/3 tbsp salt

Preparation
 
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients,
stirring well after each addition. Simmer 2 hrs or till liquid is
sufficiently reduced. Serve over spaghetti. Top with chopped onions
and grated Colby or Cheddar cheese. Oyster crackers on side. From:
