Grilled Whole Chilies

Ingredients
 

1 fruit - select firm ripe
1 fruit in season,
110 ml plain yoghurt
1 tsp honey
1 fresh mint chopped
1 mint sprigs
1 slice the fruit.

2. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt mixed with honey and mint. Garnish
