Fruit French Toast
Blend together fruit, apple juice and cinnamon. Soak vegan bread
in the fruit mixture. Cook on both sides on a lightly oiled
or non-stick skillet/griddle until just beginning to brown.
I have found that if you try to flip them too soon, they

Effortless Steelcut Oatmeal
Put the oats in the crock pot with 4 cups water. Add some
chopped dried fruit if you want. Let it cook overnight and
you will have delicious oatmeal in the morning.
Much better than little packages of microwaved oatmeal.

In small saucepan place dried fruit and a small amount of

Brown Rice Breakfast Cereal
Cook brown rice according to package directions. Put as
much as you want into cereal bowl. Add chopped apples,
slivered almonds and raisins. Top with a bit of maple syrup
