Fruity Tuna Salad with Curry

In a large bowl, combine the tuna, dates, celery and apple. Mix together well. In a medium-size bowl, whisk together the yogurt, onion, lemon juice and curry. Pour over tuna mixture and gently toss to coat. Refrigerate until chilled and serve with fresh lettuce leaves if desired.

Sour Cream Doughnuts II

Beat eggs slightly and add to sugar. Beat together and add butter, sour milk and sour cream. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and chill. Roll out on floured board and cut with a doughnut cutter. Fry in deep fat.

Peachy Pecan Dumplings

Combine Bisquick, 1/4 cup sugar, pecans, milk and margarine. Stir until moist. Drop by teaspoonsful onto hot fruit. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dumplings. Cook 10-15 minutes. Top with Cool Whip.

Cheese Spinach Bake

Cook the spinach using package directions; drain. Combine the spinach, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, butter, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Spoon into a greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. SERVINGS: 4
