Oatmeal Bourbon Bread

Ingredients
 

1 package active dry yeast
1 cup rolled oats
3 cup bread flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp nonfat dry milk powder
2 tbsp bourbon, whiskey
1 1/4 cup warm water, very

the nonfat milk and bourbon.
