Lemon Bread Abm

Ingredients
 

1 package yeast
3 cup flour, bread
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup milk, scalded
1 egg + 1 yolk, room temp.
1/4 tsp lemon extract
2 tsp dried or freshly grated lemon peel

Preparation
 
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set "baking control" at 10 o clock. Select "white bread" and
push Start.

In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.

Lemon Broccoli

Lemon Caper Mayonnaise

Lemon Carrots
