Apricot Ginger Conserve

Ingredients
 

3 cup dried apricots
3/4 cup sliced, candied ginger
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
5 cup cold water
2 tsp grated orange rind
1 tsp grated lemon rind
2 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
 
Wash apricots. Add water, ginger, orange and lemon juice, grated
rind, and sugar. Stir until well mixed. Simmer slowly, stirring
