Southwestern Egg Puff

Ingredients
 

1 lb velveeta mexican
1 pasteurized process cheese
1 spread with jalapeno pepper
1 cubed
2 cup cottage cheese
6 eggs,beaten
1/2 cup picante sauce
1/4 cup margarine or butter,melted
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 can (12 oz) whole kernel corn
1 with sweet peppers,drained
1 picante sauce,
1 sour cream
1 avocado slices

Preparation
 
In a large bowl,combine ingredients;mix well.Pour into a greased 12 x
8 baking dish.Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden
brown.Top with additional picante sauce, sour cream and avocado
slices,if desired.Makes 4 to 6 servings.
