Oatmeal Sunflower Bread

Ingredients
 

2/3 cup water
1 tbsp apple juice,concentrate
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup sunflower seeds,dry,hulled
1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 tbsp gluten
1 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tsp yeast
