Chocolate Yogurt Ice

Ingredients
  3 c crushed ice
8 oz plain nonfat yogurt
2 oz baking chocolate, melted
3 tb granulated sugar replacement
4 tb nondairy whipped topping

Preparation
  Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Whip until thoroughly blended but not melted. Pour into 4 tall glasses. Place in freezer until mixture is slightly frozen. Stir, top with 1 tbsp. (15 ml.) nondairy whipped topping and serve.

EASY CHERRY CHEESE DESSERT
Soften butter (do not melt). Mix flour, pecans and sugar together and add butter. Mix until crumbly. Press mixture into a 9"x13" pan. Combine crumbs, margarine, press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Gradually add cream of coconut to cream cheese, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until blended. Stir in rum flavoring. Home-made Fudgy Chocolate Ice Cream
