Ingredients| 3 c crushed ice 8 oz plain nonfat yogurt 2 oz baking chocolate, melted 3 tb granulated sugar replacement 4 tb nondairy whipped topping |

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Whip until thoroughly blended but not melted. Pour into 4 tall glasses. Place in freezer until mixture is slightly frozen. Stir, top with 1 tbsp. (15 ml.) nondairy whipped topping and serve.

Soften butter (do not melt). Mix flour, pecans and sugar together and add butter. Mix until crumbly. Press mixture into a 9"x13" pan. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. In a large bowl, beat the chocolate, milk, egg yolks and vanilla. Stir in the half-and- half, whipping cream, and nuts if desired. Pour into ice cream freezer container and prepare as normal. Store leftovers in freezer. (Upload by user)
