Ingredients
  3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs butter or margarine
4 (1/2lb) salmon steaks, 1-inch thick

Preparation
  Combine brown sugar, lemon juice, and butter in a saucepan; cook mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, just until sugar dissolves. Place salmon steaks in a well-greased, hinged fish basket. Place on grill about 3 to 4 inches from coals. Cook salmon 12 to 15 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily, brushing often with sauce.
