Ingredients
  # 4 medium onions
# 4lb. (1.80kg) lean minced beef
# 4oz (100g) butter
# 8tblsp. chopped fresh parsley
# i2tbsp. brown sauce
# 8oz. (225g) grated Cheddar cheese
# salt and pepper
# 24 burger buns

Preparation
  # First melt the butter in a pan then fry the onions gently for 5 minutes
