Broiled Swordfish

Ingredients
  2-pound swordfish steak
4 tbsp butter, melted
Salt and ground pepper to taste
1/2 tsp anchovy paste(optional)
Lemon wedges

Preparation
  Preheat the broiler. Brush both sides of the swordfish with some of the melted butter, and season with salt and pepper. Broil on the highest level for 5 minutes; then turn, pour on a tbsp of butter, and broil another 5 minutes.
Mix the remaining butter with the anchovy paste, if you like a sharper accent, and pour it over the fish. Surround with lemon wedges.
