Gazpacho Soup(Vegan)
1 md Green Bell pepper -- diced 1 md Red Bell pepper -- diced 1 md Yellow Bell pepper -- diced 4 Stalks celery -- diced 2 Cucumbers -- peeled and Diced 28 cn Plum tomatoes -- chopped With liquid 6 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Olive oil 3 c Cold water 1/4 c Italian parsley -- chopped 1/2 c Fresh basil -- chopped 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1 tb Tabasco sauce Combine all ingredients; mix well.
