Lemon Turkey Tenderloins Master Recipe
1/4 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon pepper 4 turkey -- (8 oz.) tenderloins B�arnaise sauce or salsa capers -- drained In small bowl combine oil and lemon pepper. Brush mixture on tenderloins. Refri gerate, covered, 20 min. Heat broiler; broil tenderloins 5" from heat until no longer pink and juices run clear (15-20 min. total), turning once. To Serve: Sl ice 2 tenderloins 1/2" thick and top with B�arnaise sauce or favorite salsa. Res erve and refrigerate remaining tenderloins for Turkey Vegetable Stroganoff. Ser ves 4.
