Crockpot Chicken/Sausage Cassoulet

Ingredients
1eachlima beans, package, frozen
1cuptomato juice
1eachcarrot, chopped, 1/2 inch pieces
1eachcelery stalk, chopped, 1/2 inch pieces
1eachonion, chopped
1eachgarlic clove, minced
1eachbay leaf
1teaspoonchicken bouillon granules
1/2teaspoonbasil, dried, crushed
1/2teaspoonoregano, dried, crushed
3eachchicken breasts, boneless
3eachchicken drumsticks
8ozsmoked kielbasa

Directions:

Place carrots, limas, celery and onions on bottom of crockpot which has been sprayed with nostick spray. Combine herbs, juice and bouillon and add to vegetables. Place chicken on top of vegetables. Cut sausage into pieces. Put chicken and sausage on top of vegetables. Cover crockpot and cook on Low heat for 10 hours or on high for 5 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
