Unkneaded Unyeasted Bread

1 1/2 c Roasted buckwheat flour

3 c Whole wheat flour

1 c Corn meal

1 1/2 c Brown rice flour (roasted)

2 T Or 3 Soy sauce

1 T Sea salt

2 T Sesame oil

5 c Warm water (maybe)

Mix all ingredients well. Add oil, soy sauce, and enough water to form a thick batter (like a slightly soupy cereal). Spoon into oiled baking pans (3 3/4 X 7 1/2). Bake for 2 hours at 350F. Remove breads from pans, and turn upside-down in oven until dark brown.
