Short Bread/Palumbo
3/4 lb Butter; room temp 1 c Confectioners` sugar 3 c Sifted flour 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/4 c Sugar Cream butter and confectioners` sugar. Add flour, salt, vanilla and sugar. Mix well. Shape in a ball and cover with waxed paper. Put in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours. Roll out and cut out shapes. Bake in 325~ oven for 20 minutes. Source: Franco Palumbo ----- |
