French Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
 

6 oz sweet baking chocolate
1 tbsp cognac or
1 2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp sifted cocoa
1 cup sifted sugar
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
