Spicy Eggs (Baid Masluq Bi-L-A`schab)

4 Eggs

4 tb Sumach

4 tb Majoram

1/2 c Olive-Oil

Salt Cook Eggs for 7 min. Cool down and peel. Crush thewm with a fork and mix with the spices and salt. Guarnishing is best with olives and mild chilis. "Arabische Kueche"
