Missouri Mudpies

Ingredients
 

1 each batter:
2 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter
4 each eggs
1 cup flour
1 3/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 each filling:
1 each jar marshmallow fluff
1 each frosting:
6 tbsp butter, softened
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp cocoa
1 2/3 cup powdered sugar

Preparation
 
Blend sugar, butter, eggs, flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and
vanilla. Pour into oiled 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for
30 minutes. Cover top of cake with marshmallow fluff, and bake for 10
more minutes. Allow cake to cool. To make the frosting, mix soft
butter with milk. Add cocoa and powdered sugar; beat until smooth.
Frost cooled cake. Cut into squares. Makes 24 mudpies
