Stuffed Celery Sticks


7 medium stalks celery
2 oz shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped fully cooked smoked, ham
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp prepared mustard

Cut celery into 3-inch pieces (make sure celery is completely dry).
Mix remaining ingredients; spread about 1 tb in each piece of celery.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. About 14 appetizers; 65 calories per
