Garden Vegetable Spread

Ingredients
 

8 oz soft cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 dash pepper

Preparation
 
Combine ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve with party rye or
pumpernickel bread slices or assorted crackers. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
