Dilled Peas Walnuts

2 c fresh shelled peas or 1
10 oz package frozen peas
1 TB butter
1/4 c chopped onion
1 TB chopped fresh dill
: Salt and pepper
1/4 c toasted walnuts, -- chopped

Cook the peas in lightly salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes or until
tender. Meanwhile, In a saucepan heat butter, and add onion and saute
until tender and golden, about 2 minutes. Remove and drain the peas.
Place the hot, blanched peas into the pan with the onions. Toss in
the dill, season to taste with the salt and pepper. Toss in the
walnuts, and serve.

Yield: 4 servings

Dilled Carrot Fritters Dill Creme Fraiche
Combine carrots, ginger, scallion, white pepper, salt, flour and eggs in a large bowl; mix well. Shape by tablespoonfuls into balls; place on tray. Freeze for 1 hour. Heat oil to 350 degrees in saucepan. Deep fry fritters until golden brown; drain. Serve with DILL CREME FRAI (Upload by user)
