Delightful Dip

Ingredients
 

3/4 lb smoked trout, or salmon
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp half and half
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 crackers
1 chips
1 vegetables

Preparation
 
Remove any remaining bones and flake the fish. Combine all ingredients
mixing thoroughly. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or
vegetables.

Makes 2 cups.

Deviled Eggs Crocker
Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks; mash with fork. mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Arrange eggs on large serving plate. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. 6 servings;140 calories per (Upload by user)
