Salsa De Chile Chipotle

Ingredients
 

1 each onion, finely chopped
1 each clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 each tomatoes
1/2 tsp oregano
1 dash salt, pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 each canned chipotle to taste

Preparation
 
Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped. Canned chipotle to taste,
chopped. Saute onion and garlic until tender but not brown. Add the
rest and cook gently 15 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
