Stuffed PeppersThis is the recipe my grandmother used. JeannineLarge green peppers
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
Chopped onion
1 (12 ounce) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to tasteClean peppers out and set aside.Mix all ingredients and stuff peppers with mixture. Pour tomato sauce over peppers. Bake for 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees F.
