Chicken Barley Chowder

Ingredients
 

4 lb chicken
2 stalks celery
1 dash parsley
4 qt water
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup barley, uncooked
1/2 lb bacon, cooked/crumbled
2 large carrots, cubed
1 frozen corn
1 frozen peas
1 can evaporated milk
1 pepper to taste
2 large potatoes, cubed
