Hi Ho� Meat Loaf
1/2 cup catsup1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 pound sausage
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery
1 cup Hi Ho� crackers
3 slices plain bread, broken
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon black pepperMix ingredients and pack into a loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 1/2 hour.Turn oven down to 325 degrees F and bake for 1 more hour.
