Apricot Ham Glaze

1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (12 ounce) can apricot nectar
1 tablespoon lemon juiceMix brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger and salt in a small saucepan. Stir in apricot nectar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 minute.Yields about 1 1/2 cups.
