Yam and Raisin Stew
*Please vary amounts to

Combine all ingredients. Bake @350 for
about an hour or until yams are soft
in a covered baking dish

Mashed Potatoes
Boil the white potatoes. When they are

Pav Bhaji
Boil potatoes, peas & cauliflower (use less water). Mash the Mix.

Joanus Spicy Potatoes
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and peel potatoes, and cut into
eighths. Dry with paper towel. Toss with olive oil in roasting pan.

Fresh Mushrooms Cebiche
Put the onions in a bowl and add the juice from one lemon and salt. Let stand while you
