Date and Almond Semolina Pudding
Serves 6 - 8. Soak the dates and almond paste in the water for at least 30 minutes. Strain and mash through as much of the dates as you can. Reserve both the liquid and remaining solids. In a saucepan melt the nuttellex, add the semolina and stir for a few minutes
