Mocha Dream Pie

Combine the water & espresso powder till powder is dissolved. then mix the powdered mates, tofu and espresso laced water well, for about two minutes or until they are well blended and creamy. Pour into pie crust and chill for about 2-4 hours or overnight. delicious.

In 3-quart saucepan saut? onion in butter until limp. Stir in flour, curry powder, coconut, and one cup of the chicken broth. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Pour mixture into blender container with peanut butter, whirl smooth. Return mixture to saucepan. Add remaining broth and sherry.

Stuffed Pumpkin
