Mashed Potatoes Low Fat

Ingredients
 

8 medium russet potatoes
1/4 cup non fat milk
1/2 cup non fat sour cream
1/8 cup parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes until soft, drain, cube and mash in a large bowl. Add
